Returns Policy

A Return Policy in your favour. Our 7-day money back policy is exactly that – if you don’t like the product, or you’re unhappy with any item you have purchased from, you can return it to us, 7 days upon receipt, for battery replacement or full product refund.

If you wish to return goods after 7 days of receipt then you should first contact our Customer Service Department via email: ( to see whether a return is appropriate. The Batteries2go Customer Service Department will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and process your claim. A member of our customer service team will give you all the information you require to return the goods. Mailing costs to Canadian and American addresses vary and are not covered by Batteries2go.

You will be notified by email when your returned goods have been received by us in our Canadian warehouse. For more details, see “Your right to cancel”, in the terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
